RIP MICHAEL JACKSON

Michael Jackson has died after suffereing cardiac arrest yesterday.  He was 50 years old.

Michael collapsed at the rented mansion where he was living. Paramedics were called at about 12:30pm. They arrived within minutes and found him unresponsive and in cardiac arrest.

They spent the next 42 minutes trying to revive him both at his home and en route to the hospital.  Their attempts were unsuccessful. Michael was pronounced dead at about 2:30pm (6/25) at UCLA medical center. An autopsy will be performed today.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.  Jackson had 13 number one hits during his solo career.
