The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “Candy 95.1 General Contest Rules”.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.
A. DATE OF CONTEST: 10.26.09 – 11.20.09
B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.
C. HOW TO ENTER
Listeners are asked to listen and phone in upon cue to participate between the hours of 6am-10am, 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm, and 6pm-11pm, Monday through Friday:
D. HOW TO PLAY
At each time of play, the announcer on the air will solicit the ‘correct’ caller to 979-764-9595.  The announcer will choose the caller number at random for each gameplay.  The ‘correct’ caller will guess the total money amount in the current jackpot. If the ‘correct’ caller guesses the exact dollar amount, that winning amount will be awarded to the caller providing that the caller meets all eligibility requirements. If the guess is either high or low, it will be announced. Contest amounts will be recorded before the beginning of the new jackpot total and will be on file with the General Manager.
E. ELIGIBILITY
This is a local contest sponsored by Candy 95, American Lube Centers, and Bottomline Bookkeeping. The Contest is open to all Candy 95 listeners 18 or older. There is no restriction as to how many times a listener can guess the total amount, providing the listener is the correct caller to participate. Winners can win prize no more than one (1) time each thirty (30) days.
Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

F. PHONE LINES
The Station is not responsible for loss of phone signal and dropped calls.  If call is lost, announcer will take the next caller in queue to for a guess at the jackpot.
G. PRIZES
Cash in the amount of each individual jackpot.
Other prizes may be awarded.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.
Prize will be awarded in the form of a check from Candy 95’s parent company, Bryan Broadcasting.
After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed, Station will mail winner a check at the address furnished for the gross amount won within 6 to 8 weeks of winning.
H. All desicions of Candy95 announcers, management, and staff are final.
