Candy Contests

Candy Call-Out with the Jonas Brothers

* Entries are by online registration only at www.Candy95.com
* You may enter as many times as you like, but only need to enter once.
* Only the person whose name is on the entry may win
* Entries must include entrant's first and last name, age, and phone number. If any of these pieces of information is missing, entrant will be immediately disqualified.
* You must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win.
* By entering this contest, the listener thereby gives Candy 95 permission to air listener voice on the radio. Winner name will be announced.

* Between 6am and 10pm on March 27, 2009 Candy 95 DJs will announce one name at a time from randomly selected entries. The person whose name is called will have 5 minutes to call back (at 979-764-9595) or text back (to 23504).  
* If we receive the call or text message from the person whose name appears on the entry within the 5 minute time limit, that person will win one pair of tickets to a Jonas Brothers concert (in Houston or Dallas).
* If we do not receive a phone call or text message from the selected entry within the 5 minute time limit, the Candy 95 DJ will announce a new name and the original name is no longer elible to win during that particular contest. The new entrant will have 5 minutes to call (979-764-9595) or text (23504).  This will continue until we get a winner for that pair of tickets.
* Winner has a choice between tickets to the Dallas concert or the Houston concert, while supplies last.
* Candy 95 and Bryan Broadcasting are not responsible for dropped calls, phone carrier service issues, delays, outages, or anything that may impede .
* Candy 95 MUST receive the call/text and confirm validity within the 5 minute window of eligibility to award tickets.
* Candy 95 is only responsible for providing tickets in hand to winner.  Candy 95 is not responsible for providing transportation to venue, nor is Candy 95 responsible for events including, but not limited to, concert cancellations.
